We have just started an Active Adults Aerobic class held on
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 10:00 for 45 minutes. The class steps to
music ranging from 120 to 132 count beat per minute. Simple foot work, light
free weights and stretching fills the class. Both men and women who are
wanting a light workout would enjoy this class. On Thursdays a 30 minute
stretch class is being offered from 10:00 to 10:30 incorporating thi-chi and
basic stretches.
